What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic, powerful, fast paced and effective form of yoga that produces quick results. Benefits of Kundalini yoga classes include weight control, relief from stress and insomnia, enhanced creativity, lymphatic cleaning, liver detoxification, balancing the heart and mind, and developing will-power.
A Kundalini yoga class stimulates the nervous system, glandular system and the immune system as it centers the mind and opens the spirits. These results are achieved through specific yoga posture sets. Each Kundalini yoga class includes centering oneself with a mantra, warm up, a specific yoga postures set, deep relaxation and mediations. Open to all levels.
