Gold’s Gym Langley is the only Gold’s Gym club in BC to offer Kinesis Bootcamp. Kinesis Bootcamp will take your fitness to a whole new level. With this intense 45-minute class you will be experience a challenging and strength conditioning and cardio workout guaranteed to make you sweat.
Who can participate?
Members and Non-members can choose from a 2-day per week or 4-day per week program.
What can you expect?
Expect a fast-moving class which includes movement on and off the wall. The class begins with a dynamic warm-up followed by Kinesis intervals from 30 seconds to 1 minute for a total of 30 minutes. Classes finish with a challenging core-burning abdominal routine and stretching.
What do the trainers expect of participants?
Our philosophy is to encourage everyone to work at their own personal maximum. This is different for everyone and we do not ever push people to work past “pain”. We want to support you to work hard at your own comfort level. Bring your energy and have fun!

Flex-pass holders are on a first-come-first served basis. Reservations for classes can be made 24 hours in advance. Space is not guaranteed. All Flex- passes have a 3 month expiry. Non-transferrable. No refunds.
Drop-ins are on a first-come first-served basis. Drop-in reservations can be made the day of the class (50% of fee must be paid to reserve a spot)
*A late-notice or no show cancelation fee of $25 will be applied without proper notice.
