<p><strong>Body endurance</strong><br />
It is essential to pay attention to the body endurance level so as to avoid any kind of risk to injuries. Other than wearing fashionable, one should wear comfortable clothes when doing any kind of exercise.</p>
<p><strong>Fitness goals</strong><br />
One should have specific fitness goals. Lifting heavier weights with short reps is required for one who wants to bulk up. And if one wants to get more toned, use of lesser loads for longer with more reps is required.</p>
<p><strong>Food for pre &amp; post workout</strong><br />
Pre-workout food should be light which may include few fruits, a slice of bread or banana. Contrary to this, post workout food should not be light as it can cause loss of muscles. Few slices of multi-grain bread, low fat milk and egg whites offer needed nutrition after workouts.</p>
<p><strong>Challenging &amp; compound exercises</strong><br />
One should try out different exercises to build more muscles. To increase overall fitness, men can opt for compound exercises comprised of weighed squats and deadlifts. Uniform muscle can be gained with compound exercises.</p>
